Binance Announces New London Meetup On August 1st With Changpeng Zhao

Binance, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in the world, is going to be holding the first Meetup in London with the presence of Changpeng Zhao, the CEO and founder of the platform. The information was officially released by Binance a few hours ago. The London Meetup is going to take place on August 1st. 

Binance Confirms London Meetup With CZ

In a recent post published at eventbrite, Binance announced that the first Binance Meetup in London is going to take place in London. Participants will have the possibility to meet CZ in person. 

At the event, Mariana Gospodinova will be speaking about the impact of blockchain technology on financial markets. Moreover, she will be addressing how distributed ledger technology (DLT) can affect personal finance. During the meetup, CZ is going to be hosting an AMA session, allowing participants to make different questions about the crypto market, the plans they have for the future or anything else. 

The announcement of the event reads as follows:

“In addition, Binance CEO, ‘CZ’ (Chengpeng Zhao) will be attending in person and host an AMA (Ask Me Anything) session during the event, taking questions from our Meetup participants on anything you’d like to learn more about.”

The event is free with registration due to the fact that there are limited seats for people. The post informs that the event will be held at the One Canada Square in Canary Wharf, London. The meeting will start at 6 pm and will finish at 9:30 pm. 

Binance is currently the 5th largest cryptocurrency exchange in terms of trading volume. In the last 24 hours, the platform handled over $1.05 billion in traded digital assets with BTC/USDT, BNB/USDT and ETH/USDT accounting for almost 50% of the total trading volume on the platform.
