What Is TRONIX (TRX)?
TRONIX (TRX) is the transaction currency for TRON and makes the primary unit that all accounts in the TRON blockchain use. All other tokens get their value from TRON’s value. If a user locks their TRONIX, they can get TRON Power, which is essentially locked TRON. TP is a type of TRONIX that comes with a right to vote, giving holders with further privileges over those who keep regular TRONIX.
How to Obtain Tron TRX
Users are not authorized to purchase TRX with “Fiat” currency so you will need first to purchase another currency – the easiest to buy are Bitcoin or Ethereum which users can do at Coinbase utilizing a bank transfer or debit/credit card purchase and then swap that for TRX at an exchange such as Binance and now at KuCoin.
