The famous social media network TikTok will now be supported by the Web3 music streaming service Audius, the firm announced on Thursday.

Web3 music streaming service Audius is adding support for the well-known social media platform TikTok, the business announced Thursday. With the connection, customers new to Audius can.

Users new to Audius can now easily create accounts by connecting their TikTok profiles. Listeners can then easily import their handle, contact details, and TikTok verification status to Audius.

Furthermore, users now have the ability to incorporate Audius songs into their TikTok videos. This is significant because TikTok sounds are a highly sought-after feature that can help creators’ content gain viral popularity. As a result, this integration can potentially expand the reach of Audius significantly.

The chief product officer and co-founder of Audius, Forrest Browning, said in recent reports that he is eager to open the doors for creators to engage with Audius and attract celebrities to TikTok.

According to Browning, it has been stated that TikTok has emerged as a social media giant in recent years, and they would be delighted to integrate the Audius ecosystem with it. They believe any initiative that benefits the artists would also benefit the Audius community. They are planning to allow artists to import their verified status from TikTok, expecting to attract a wider group of talent.

In August 2021, TikTok started allowing Audius streamers to provide music to the platform’s sound library, which marked the beginning of their collaboration. The price of AUDIO, the native token of Audius, doubled as the word of that new feature spread, bringing the market capitalization to over $1 billion. However, the price increase was short-lived; as of the time of this writing, the price of AUDIO was 32 cents, a 90% decrease from August 2021.
