Every capture is fingerprinted when it is recorded: a hash of the content, a coarse location, and a timestamp. Fingerprints are batched, and their root is anchored on Base, which turns each one into something a buyer can check against a public ledger rather than against our word, and that is what makes crowd-captured data usable for training and for procurement.

3. Upload Your First Video
Upload your first video to start earning points. Daily uploads add a 50-point bonus, with additional bonuses at 5, 10, and 50 total videos submitted.
4. Connect Your Wallet
Open the Vangrid Loyalty Hub and connect an EVM wallet. Your first login credits PTC automatically.
5. Complete Hub Quests and Unlock Grid Operator Status
Follow Vangrid on X, join the Discord through the Hub’s quest link, connect LinkedIn, engage with posts, publish weekly X posts, and submit one in-app video to complete the required quests and earn the 1.5x PTC multiplier.
6. Submit to Funded Bounties
Browse the Vangrid bounty portal for location-specific requests from buyers. Selected submissions pay out in USDC on Base. No invite code is needed to browse.
7. Refer Other Contributors
Share your Hub referral link. You earn 10% of the PTC your referrals generate, and each person who joins through your link starts with a 50 PTC bonus.
What to Know Before You Start
PTC points track contribution and rank inside Vangrid’s system. Vangrid’s own Hub states that PTC carries no monetary value and is not a currency.
