Rialto Airdrop Guide: How to Prepare for a Future Token

Rialto is a new onchain spot exchange for trading crypto, tokenized stocks like TSLA and SPCX, ETFs, and commodities, all without handing wallet custody to a third party. It launched on Robinhood Chain, the Arbitrum-based Layer 2 that reached public mainnet on July 1, 2026, where Rialto was named among the day-one decentralized exchanges supporting the network’s new Stock Tokens.

Rialto has not announced a token, a points system, or an airdrop of any kind. What’s live is a referral program: cross $10,000 in cumulative trading volume and a personal code unlocks, generating an ongoing 10% share of fees from anyone who signs up through it. Nothing ties the program to a future token, and with no stated end date, volume can build gradually across as many sessions as needed.

That absence of a deadline cuts both ways. Nothing forces early action, but nothing guarantees a payoff either. New Layer 2 networks have a track record of rewarding early users once a native token eventually launches, a pattern that shows up across many of the other airdrop guides in our coverage, and Rialto’s spot as one of the first exchanges live on a brand-new chain fits that same setup even without any promises from the project.

Am I Eligible for the Rialto Airdrop?

There is no eligibility checklist to run through, because Rialto has not confirmed a token or airdrop for anyone to qualify for yet. The referral program above is the only mechanism with defined rules today, and there is no separate eligibility checker to consult since no snapshot, points system, or token has been announced.

The most a trader can do is build a documented history of using the exchange while Robinhood Chain is still new, and reassess if Rialto or Robinhood ever confirms a distribution plan.

How to Build Toward a Future Rialto Airdrop

  1. Open Rialto in a browser and connect a non-custodial wallet, such as MetaMask, rather than a custodial account.
  2. Add Robinhood Chain to the wallet, either automatically through Robinhood’s setup tool or manually with the RPC endpoint at rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com, chain ID 4663, and ETH as the gas currency.
  3. Fund the wallet with ETH or USDG. ETH can be purchased on Binance and USDG is available through Uniswap.
  4. Head to Rialto’s swap page and place a trade. Pricing routes through the platform’s own PropAMM market maker alongside traditional DEX pools, covering both crypto pairs and tokenized stock products.
  5. Keep trading over time instead of in one large transaction. The $10,000 threshold is cumulative, so several smaller trades count exactly the same as one big one.
  6. Check the account dashboard once the threshold is crossed. The referral code appears there automatically, with no separate claim step required.
  7. Share the referral code, and keep trading assets already worth holding, since that also builds the kind of onchain history that has mattered in past Layer 2 airdrops.

Risks

Trading on a week-old chain through an unconfirmed referral program carries different risks than a confirmed airdrop with a snapshot date.

No Token Has Been Confirmed

Nothing about Rialto’s current setup guarantees a token, airdrop, or retroactive reward will ever exist. Trading volume built up now could simply stay trading volume.

Robinhood Chain Is New

Robinhood Chain reached public mainnet on July 1, 2026, after a testnet phase that opened in February, according to CoinDesk. A network this young has a shorter track record than an established Layer 2, with less time for its contracts and partner integrations to be tested under real volume.

Stock Tokens Are Not Equity

Rialto’s tokenized stock products, including names like TSLA and SPCX, mirror Robinhood’s broader Stock Token model. Per Robinhood’s disclosures reported by The Block, these instruments are structured as tokenized debt that mirrors a stock’s price rather than actual shares, so holders get no legal or beneficial claim on the underlying company, and the products are off-limits to U.S. persons and residents of several other jurisdictions, including Canada, the UK, Switzerland, and the UAE.

Wallet Security Still Comes First

Any exchange on a newly launched chain becomes an immediate target for phishing sites copying its interface. Confirm the URL directly, never enter a seed phrase outside a hardware wallet, and treat any request to “verify” a wallet by connecting it to an unfamiliar site as a warning sign

Frequently Asked Questions

These are the questions that come up most from traders looking into Rialto before committing any real volume.

Is There a Confirmed Rialto Airdrop?

No. Rialto has not announced a token, points system, or airdrop. The only active reward mechanism is a referral program sharing trading fees with users who cross $10,000 in cumulative volume.

Do I Need to Invest Money to Build Trading History on Rialto?

Yes. Trading on Rialto requires funding a wallet with ETH or USDG and placing real trades, unlike waitlist-only campaigns that ask for nothing more than an email address.

What Is Robinhood Chain?

Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum Layer 2 built on Arbitrum’s technology, reaching public mainnet on July 1, 2026, with tokenized stocks and a day-one DeFi ecosystem that includes Rialto, Uniswap, Lighter, and Arcus, according to The Block.

Is Rialto Available to U.S. Traders?

Rialto has not published separate eligibility rules, but the Stock Tokens trading on Robinhood Chain are not available to U.S. persons or residents of several other regions, based on Robinhood’s disclosures.

Is Rialto Still Active in 2026?

Yes. As of this writing, Rialto is live on Robinhood Chain, and its referral program is still running with no announced end date.
