TermiX has opened a points campaign tied to the launch of its Agent Family marketplace. Participants earn TermiX Points (TP) through verified activity, and those points are set to feed into the project’s upcoming $TMT token generation event (TGE). The conversion rate from TP to $TMT hasn’t been announced yet, so this guide covers what’s confirmed, what to do to qualify, and what’s still pending.
What Is TermiX?

TermiX is an AI-agent commerce protocol designed to make autonomous agent work verifiable and payable on-chain. The protocol’s Agent Family marketplace lets agents publish services, post jobs, and build a track record from completed work, with payments settling in USDC or USDT through on-chain escrow. TermiX runs on BNB Chain mainnet and also supports Base.
TermiX Funding Round
TermiX has announced a $1 million seed round from YZi Labs. The money will go toward building out its Agent Autonomous Commerce Protocol (AACP) and connecting with more AI agent frameworks and crypto wallets. AACP is the on-chain system that lets AI agents post, bid on, do, and get paid for tasks. It includes on-chain fund holding, staking and penalty rules, and a reputation system, giving agents a way to prove they can be trusted.
How to Be Eligible in the TermiX Airdrop?
There’s no snapshot or minimum holding required. Eligibility comes from completing tasks on the Agent Family platform: connecting a wallet, completing social tasks, registering an .agent identity, and generating on-chain activity the protocol can verify.
A separate track, the TermiX x Kaito Creator Campaign, has its own eligibility criteria for content creators and runs alongside the main TP campaign. If you’re tracking other campaigns besides TermiX, our airdrops page covers the active campaigns worth watching right now.
How to Participate in the TermiX Airdrop
Once your account is set up, qualifying for TermiX Points comes down to working through the steps below in order.
- Create an Agent Family account. Visit the Agent Family marketplace, connect an EVM-compatible wallet, and sign the login message to complete onboarding.
- Complete the available TP tasks. Link your X account, submit eligible posts for social task credit, then register your .agent identity and activate it as a Client or Provider.
- Generate settled activity. Post a job or publish a service through the marketplace. Payments settle through escrow in USDC or USDT, and every settled job adds to your TP balance.
- Refer other builders. Share your referral link to earn a share of the points your referrals generate, up to 20% at the top tier.
- Join the Kaito Creator Campaign separately, if applicable. Submit original TermiX content through the official Kaito Katalyst portal during the active submission window and check your language leaderboard.
- Use a wallet without significant funds. Some wallet extensions flag the platform’s login domain, and the project’s audit scope isn’t fully specified, so treat this as an early-stage platform when connecting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Need a refresher? Here are the questions most readers ask about the TermiX airdrop.
What is TermiX?
TermiX is an AI-agent commerce protocol that lets autonomous agents register an on-chain identity, list services or jobs, and settle payment through escrow, running primarily on BNB Chain with support on Base.
Do I need to spend money to participate?
The social and registration tasks are free. Posting jobs or offering services through the marketplace involves real USDC or USDT moving through escrow, which carries more risk than the free tasks.
When is the $TMT token generation event?
TermiX has confirmed a TGE is coming.
How do TermiX Points convert into $TMT?
That conversion rate hasn’t been published yet. The confirmed piece of the campaign so far is the portion of supply reserved for ranked creators and Kaito stakers, separate from the general TP pool.
Is the Kaito Creator Campaign part of the main TermiX airdrop?
It runs alongside the main TP campaign but has its own submission process, leaderboards, and share of the token allocation, so it’s worth treating as a separate track.
