Almost all the above airdrops are scheduled same time as EOS MainNet launch. So having your EOS tokens saved on ERC-20 wallets is as risky as having them on the exchange as EOS ERC-20 tokens will be useless after the MainNet launch.

Your best bet will be to contact your exchange to know which airdrop they’ll support and have your EOS tokens stored there temporary until platform launch.
