Shibarium, the beta version of Shiba Inu’s layer-2 scaling solution, was released to the public a few days ago. As it has become well known, a vast number of projects seek to develop on Shibarium. Before the launch, LucieSHIB, a prominent Twitter account among the Shiba Inu community, announced that over 3,000 Shibarium intake forms had already been filed.

The Shiba Inu Gaming Guild, or Shiba Inu GG, is one of these initiatives. In a recent tweet, SHIB’s lead developer Shytoshi Kusama mentioned that a gaming guild was one of the network’s earliest project concepts.

Kusama lauded the advancement of PawZone’s guild project development and hoped the team would continue progress in constructing the endeavor. The founder of PawZone, JD Hatefi, thanked Kusama for his support.

Before moving further with the establishment of the Shiba Inu Gaming Guild on Shibarium, Hatefi underlined that the PawZone team intends to launch Pawzaar, a fully functional NFT marketplace.

Shiba Inu Gaming Guild Brings New Thrills

The Shiba Inu Gaming Guild aims to solve one of the most significant issues with NFT games: the prohibitive cost of getting started, as the top NFTs might have pricing that individual players cannot afford.

This issue is resolved by a gaming guild that allows all players access to rare NFTs by pooling their resources in a treasury. JD Hatefi announced in a January 2022 interview that members of the Shiba Inu GG could earn NFTs in play-to-earn titles with the treasury-funded guild.

The Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) will choose which blockchains and titles will be accessible. According to the founder of PawZone, the guild will also own assets on Ethereum and Solana, although the community will determine the final decision.

Importantly, the guild will partake in the SHIB Burn as well. 10% of the whole revenue will be transmitted to the SHIB burn address.

In addition, the PawZone team is designing an unreleased token, the PAW Token, which will manage voting rights within the guild. According to Hatefi, the Doggy DAO’s governance token, BONE, is unsuitable since non-members would greatly impact the system.

To support the treasury and take part in the voting, guild members must purchase the PAW token of the gaming guild. The SHIB price was $0.00001133 at the time of publication.
