We’re looking for a Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations, targeting growth in the cryptocurrency news sector. This role involves managing a sales team, setting and hitting sales targets, and developing sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage the Sales: Oversee the daily operations of the sales & team.

Inbound and Outbound Sales Management: Develop strategies for both inbound and outbound sales efforts, ensuring a balanced approach to lead generation and customer acquisition.

Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities, identifying potential partnerships and markets to expand our reach and increase revenue.

Sales Strategy and System Creation: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and system that enhances productivity and maximizes sales performance.

Process Optimization: Regularly review current sales processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Proficiency in GoHighLevel: Utilize GoHighLevel software to its fullest potential, leveraging its features to improve sales outcomes and customer relationship management.

Zoom Proficiency: Possess great communication abilities in English, including the confidence to engage potential clients through Zoom calls, offering a personal touch to business development efforts. (If needed)
