142 Decentralized Applications Have Been Released Tron’s Network

Tron’s network currently has 142 decentralized applications (dApps) built on top of its platform. This represents an increase of 25 dApps compared with the last week. The number of accounts and transactions continue to grow as well. The information was released a few days ago by Justin Sun the founder of the Tron Foundation.

Tron’s Network Has 142 dApps and Registers New Records

After the Tron Accelerator program, the number of dApps on top of Tron increased 20% in just a week. Additionally, the total number of accounts on the Tron network is 1.42 million registering more than 3 million transactions per day. This shows that although the market keeps in a bear trend, Tron continues to grow.

The Tron Accelerator Program ended with 113 projects that shared a $1 million prize. There were 1000 contestants participating. The intention behind this program was to encourage developers to build decentralized applications on the Tron network.

In a recent blog post, the Tron Foundation explains that they have released two candybox projects. The first one is known as Tocandy and the second one Candymore. These projects are able to gather and distribute traffic, playing a very positive role in the Tron network and ecosystem.

Futerhremore, there is a game called Epic Dragons that it has topped the chart of daily active users (DAU). This game has the potential to become the first blockchain game with high DAU for long periods of time.

Decentralized applications in different networks tend to have a low number of active users per day. In some other cases, the number of transactions tends to be very low. Until now, there are no massively dApps used around the world.

The report also informs different cooperations taking place in the Tron environment. This time, they inform that TronGuess will be allowing users to play the game at any time using TRX.

On the matter, the weekly report reads as follows:

“TronGuess developed by the Moses team was launched this week. TronGuess is a fully decentralized, open and transparent forecasting platform which covers popular sports events including NBA, AFC Asian Cups, etc. users can choose events of their own interest to forecast.”

Users that make the right prediction will be rewarded with TRX accordingly. All the data is stored on the blockchain, thus ensuring the immutability of the events themselves. At the same time, users can play the game with just a few TRX on their addresses.

Tron is currently the 9th largest digital asset in the market. It has a market capitalization of $1.66 billion and each coin can be purchased for $0.0249.
