The project says hundreds of drops are spread across more than 150 cities, although the exact number can change as new locations are added.

These stock tokens are ERC-20 tokens issued on Robinhood Chain that track the economic value of an underlying stock. They are not actual company shares, and holders do not receive shareholder voting rights. The project also warns that the tokens can lose value and are not covered by investor compensation or deposit insurance.

The service is limited to users aged 18 or older, and availability can depend on local rules.

Is the Touch Grass Airdrop Confirmed?

What Is the GRASS Token Used For?

GRASS is Touch Grass’s utility token and plays several roles within the game.

One current use is Legendary eligibility. A wallet must hold at least 5,000 GRASS for 24 hours before it can claim a Legendary drop. 

The tokens are checked rather than spent, so eligible users keep the GRASS regardless of whether they win.

The project also uses GRASS as part of its anti-bot design and plans additional in-app utilities.

Trading fees from GRASS are currently divided into three portions:

• 37.5% is used to buy back and burn GRASS.
• 37.5% goes to the treasury that purchases stock tokens for the reward vault.
• 25% goes to the project.

How to Be Eligible for Touch Grass Rewards

Regular stock token drops focus on real-world participation rather than a points leaderboard.

Users generally need an account, a Touch Grass wallet, location access, and a nearby active drop. The app checks whether the user has actually reached the required area before approving a catch.

Legendary hunts have stricter conditions. The wallet used with Touch Grass must hold at least 5,000 GRASS, and those tokens must have been held for at least 24 hours before the claim. The requirement is designed to make it harder to create fresh wallets immediately before a valuable drop.

Duo catches have their own anti-abuse requirements, including an established friendship, qualifying wallets, and proof that both users are physically at the same location.

How to Participate in Touch Grass Stock Token Drops

Touch Grass participation is based on finding a live reward and physically visiting its location. Here is how the current system works.

Create a Touch Grass Account

Visit the official Touch Grass website or open the app and create an account.

Touch Grass creates a non-custodial Robinhood Chain wallet linked to the account. According to the project’s privacy documentation, the wallet key is derived on the user’s device, and Touch Grass cannot sign transactions or recover the key on the user’s behalf.

Users should export and securely back up their wallet key. Deleting the account without first securing the wallet key can permanently remove access to assets held in that wallet.

Enable Location Access

Touch Grass needs location access while the app is open to determine whether you are close enough to a drop.

The Android app is currently available, while iOS is listed as coming soon. Touch Grass says users can also access the game through the website on supported devices while the native iOS app is being developed.

Check the map for active drops close enough to reach safely.

Choose a Stock Token Drop

Select a marker to see the Stock Token and reward attached to that location. Current examples include the following:

Drop availability changes and depends on whether the project’s vault contains enough of the relevant Stock Token to fund the reward.

Travel to the Location and Catch the Drop

Go to the physical location shown on the map.

Once you are within the permitted range, tap the catch button and complete any location or verification checks shown by the app.

If the claim passes, the stock token fragment is transferred from Touch Grass’s public vault to your Robinhood Chain wallet.

The official documentation says rewards are pre-funded rather than minted when a user catches them.

Do not attempt to spoof your location, as Touch Grass uses location and anti-abuse checks, and it can reject fraudulent claims.

Try a Duo Catch

Users can increase a regular reward by completing a catch with an eligible friend.

Touch Grass says a Duo catch produces a 50% larger combined payout. The person making the catch receives an additional 25%, while the friend receives another 25% as an assist.

The system requires both accounts to meet eligibility rules and be physically close to the same drop.

Use Tape for Eligible 3x Rewards

Touch Grass also has a feature called Tape that rewards users for recording and sharing an eligible catch.

Users start recording before the catch, complete it normally, and post the resulting video on X, following the campaign instructions.

Eligible Tape catches can receive up to three times the normal reward, although limits apply. Touch Grass currently caps the stock value eligible for the Tape bonus at $25 per recording and limits users to one qualifying Tape reward per day.

Is the Touch Grass Airdrop Worth Doing?

Touch Grass is unusual because users are not farming an unconfirmed future token by repeating transactions or accumulating points.

The reward already exists when a drop appears on the map.

Users living near active locations can attempt regular catches without buying a Stock token directly. Duo and Tape features can increase the reward for qualifying catches.

The trade-off is that participation requires physical travel, location sharing, and access to supported Stock Tokens in the user’s jurisdiction.

Legendary hunts are also different from ordinary catches. They require users to hold 5,000 GRASS for at least 24 hours, exposing participants to the token’s price volatility even though they don’t spend GRASS.
