The information has been released by Bithumb on Wednesday the 16th, on its Twitter account. The exchange is not only listing Power Ledger but also four other virtual currencies, including TenX (PAY), WAX (WAX), Loopring (LRC) and Gifto (GTO).

Bithumb is the 6th most important virtual currency exchanges in the market according to its trading volume (it handled $766.7 million dollars in the last 24 hours). The most important trading pairs at the exchange are EOS/KRW, BTC/KRW, and XRP/KRW accounting for over 55% of the total trading volume of the exchange.
These are very important news for Power Ledger that has been expanding as a peer-to-peer marketplace for renewable energy. During the first quarter of 2018, the company began the distribution of growth pool and it completed the transition to a modified fee-less Consortium Ethereum network.
In the third quarter, Power Ledger and Platform Application Hosts will begin conducting Asset Germination Events, where POWER token holders will receive priority to become co-owners and beneficiaries of renewable assets.
At the moment of writing this article, Power Ledger is the 94th most important virtual currency in the market and it registered a 10% increase in the last 24 hours.
