As of October 5, 2026, analyst Rekt Capital sees Bitcoin stuck between support near $82,500 and resistance near $86,700. The 2026 opening price of $87,570 is the next hurdle, and bulls have failed to reclaim it on four attempts since September 21 (Cointelegraph).
A clear move above $86,700 would open a range up to about $93,700. If the $82,500 support fails, Rekt Capital expects the earlier 2026 range of $60,000 to $80,000 to come back into view.
The 2025 call for $150,000 to $200,000 did not come true. Bitcoin peaked near $126,000 on October 6, 2025 and ended 2025 about 6% lower than it started (CoinMarketCap).
