Disclaimer: Crypto airdrops are promotional events where tokens are distributed to existing cryptocurrency holders or to individuals who meet certain criteria. While airdrops can be a way to acquire tokens at no cost, they also involve risks. There’s no guarantee that the airdropped tokens will increase in value, and there may be associated fees or requirements. Airdrops can also be susceptible to scams and phishing attempts. Always exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of any airdrop opportunity before participating.
The Aster airdrop is a rewards campaign run with World Liberty Financial that gives active users a share of 125 million WLFI and 6.25 million USD1. To take part, you deposit USD1 and trade or hold positions on Aster’s USD1 real-world asset perpetual markets before December 31, 2026. Rewards are paid out weekly across 18 epochs, and the campaign is live now.
Status (October 2026): USD1 RWA Boost: Phase 1 is live until December 31, 2026. It is separate from the ASTER token airdrop. ASTER launched on September 17, 2025, and the airdrop’s points stages ended with Stage 6 (Convergence), which ran from February 2 to March 29, 2026. Aster said it would be the last distribution based on trading activity. If you took part in those stages, check your allocation and any vesting claim on Aster’s airdrop page. What Is Aster?

Aster is a privacy-first decentralized exchange for perpetual futures on crypto, stocks, and commodities, often described as a perp DEX. Its pitch is that most platforms in this category expose every order, position size, and liquidation level on-chain, letting other traders target visible positions once they know where the risk sits. Aster instead encrypts orders before they reach the chain and decrypts them only at execution, so a trader’s size and entry point stay hidden from the public order book.
It runs on Aster Chain, a Layer 1 built for high-speed derivatives trading that aims to match centralized-exchange performance while keeping trades self-custodied and verifiable on-chain.
Aster Funding Round
Astherus, which later merged with APX Finance and rebranded as Aster, announced a seed funding round led by Binance Labs (now YZi Labs) on November 28, 2024. Blockhead later reported that YZi Labs holds a minority stake in Aster. The seed-round amount was not disclosed.
How to be Eligible for the Aster Airdrop?
As of October 2026, you qualify for the Aster airdrop, the USD1 RWA Boost, by trading an eligible pair (SPCX/USD1, CL/USD1, XAU/USD1, SNDK/USD1, SKHYNIX/USD1, MU/USD1, or GPRO/USD1) and meeting the USD1 requirement before the campaign ends on December 31, 2026. The rules describe no past-activity snapshot, and Aster can change the pair list at any time.
Trading Points, earned from taker volume (trades that fill orders already on the book), share the USD1 pool, while open interest (OI) Points, earned by holding positions, share the WLFI pool.
For the USD1 requirement, Single-Asset Mode counts any position that uses USD1 as collateral and earns 2x OI Points. Multi-Asset Mode needs USD1 above 50% of your Perpetual account balance at every 5-minute snapshot, or that snapshot earns nothing.
Market makers in Aster’s MM Program are excluded, and perpetual trading is not available in every jurisdiction, so check Aster’s Terms of Use before depositing.
If you are tracking other campaigns other than Aster, our airdrops page covers the active campaigns worth watching right now.
How to Participate in the Aster Airdrop?
To take part in the Aster airdrop, get USD1 into your wallet on BNB Chain, Ethereum or Arbitrum, connect the wallet to the official Aster app and deposit the USD1 into your Perpetual account. Then trade or hold positions on an eligible pair to earn WLFI and USD1. Follow these steps in order:
Get USD1

Buy it on an exchange that lists it, such as Bitget. Send the USD1 to your own wallet on BNB Chain, Ethereum, or Arbitrum, with a small balance of that network’s gas token.
Connect Your Wallet

Open the official Aster app and link your wallet.
Fund Your Account
Deposit USD1 into your Perpetual account. Only that balance counts toward the USD1 requirement.
Choose Your Mode

For Single-Asset Mode, using USD1 as collateral automatically earns 2x OI Points, while Multi-Asset Mode requires USD1 to make up more than 50% of your Perpetual balance at each snapshot to earn points.
Start Trading
Open a position on an eligible pair. Taker trades earn Trading Points, scaled by a daily multiplier from 0.1 to 1 based on your average open position relative to volume, and holding the position earns OI Points.
Track Your Points

Check your points on the campaign page. They update daily and stay provisional until Aster settles the epoch.
Claim Your Rewards
Collect each epoch’s rewards the following week from the same subaccount that earned them. Unclaimed rewards expire two weeks after they become available.
