According to the Twitter user @TheRippleShadow, XRP could become the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization. He wrote this tweet a few days ago when XRP was surpassing Ethereum (ETH) as the second most valuable crypto after Bitcoin (BTC). Now, XRP remains as one of the most resilient cryptos in the last market dip.
XRP Could be the Largest Cryptocurrency
During the last week, one of the hot topics was XRP surpassing Ethereum as the second most valuable crypto. However, the market continues to fall and XRP remains one of the most stable currencies. While Bitcoin and Ethereum have lost 22% and 27% respectively, XRP has lost around 5.2% in the last 7 days.
After surpassing Ethereum, the XRP community remained very bullish about the future of this altcoin. The Twitter user The Ripple Shadow said that in the next year, XRP could be surpassing Bitcoin as the most valuable cryptocurrency in the market.
Nevertheless, this is not the first influencer in the crypto community to support XRP. Binance CEO, Changpeng Zhao, hinted that they could consider to include XRP as a base virtual currency for Binance. This exchange is the largest in the market in terms of trading volume.
Mr. Zhao asked the community to start shilling XRP under the tweet he wrote. He said on Twitter:

The tweet received more than 3,300 comments, 3,000 retweets and 7,100 likes.
Talking about Bitcoin, the analyst @TheCryptoDog said that there is a strong possibility for Bitcoin to bottom close to $4,800 dollars.
Furthermore, the cryptocurrency analyst Ran NeuNer said that ‘everyone should dump BTC and BCH and’ put all the money into XRP.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin is being traded under $4,700 dollars and it has a market capitalization of $80 billion dollars. XRP has a market capitalization of $18.6 billion dollars. If it wants to reach Bitcoin’s position, XRP would have to grow more than 330% in the near future.
